We had the pleasure of working with Progress Builders on the construction of a new home on our property referred to as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. It was a very custom 900 sq foot building. Chris was generous with his time, patience and expertise throughout the process of idea development, bid solicitation and the actual execution of the project. Chris has decades of experience and relationships throughout the region so he was able to secure contracts with wonderful subcontractors. In the case that work was not completed to his standards he was very professional with subcontractors but we always felt that our satisfaction and success was his priority. He also has great insight into energy and cost efficient building methods. He was also able to get the job done quicker than we could have imagined it happening. The process of digging up your front yard and spending a lot of money is not pleasant but Chris ferried us through the process with a great amount of patience and kindness and we feel great about the finished project and trust that it will be very low maintenance.
